Frequent Questions

How can I make an appointment?

Submit your details in the contact form and we will contact you as soon as possible. You can also call our office during business hours.

What documents should I gather before our meeting?

Our advice is to bring us all the documents related to your case. We will study them thoroughly and provide you with the legal advice that is most appropriate for your case. We will also guide you in gathering the documents that are necessary for the success of your case.

I live in another city in Greece. Can you take my case?

Yes, our office operates throughout Greece, as well as abroad. There is also the possibility of remote legal advice via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and Viber, so that we can serve you wherever you are.

How long will it take for my case to be tried?

The speed with which Justice is administered depends on many factors, including the nature of the case, the procedure and external factors, such as the suspension of the work of the Courts. The average decision in civil cases in the first instance is one and a half years, in administrative cases two years and in criminal cases it depends on the gravity and the statute of limitations of the offense.

What are the alternative ways of resolving disputes?

Mediation and Arbitration are the preferred alternative ways of resolving disputes. Mediation is a voluntary process where a third and neutral Mediator guides the parties to reach an agreement. Arbitration is a conventionally chosen binding trial of a certain dispute by private judges, instead of the ordinary courts. The Arbitral Tribunal issues a binding decision, which produces a verdict and enforceability, as well as the decisions of the state courts.
